HOW TO MAKE INSTANT WINE (7 DAYS)
Making grape wine requires a lot of time, i.e., 21-41 days as per the traditional method. But if you are in a hurry or do not have time, you can use this method and prepare your wine in just 7 days.
Ingredients
Black grapes: 1kg
Sugar: 1.25kg
Water – 4 litre
Cloves – 4-6 nos.
Cinnamon stick – a very small piece
Yeast – 3 pinches
Wheat – ¼ cup
Method
- · Make the water hot and put cleaned grapes into it.
- · Let the water boil, with that gently mash the grapes (So that the pulp comes out).
- · Add sugar with that and stir till it is dissolved.
- · Turn off the stove and let it cool.
- · Take a big bottle and pour the content into it.
- · Add all the other ingredients to it and gently stir it.
- · Tie the bottle with a clean cloth or a tight lid/cap.
- · Stir the mixture after 3 days at night or in a dark room. (Keep it away from lights/sunlight).
- · If the wine is not sweet enough add some sugar. If it tastes sweet you can add boiled and cooled water to it.
- · You can use it after 7 days.
- · Pour the wine into a clean dry bottle and use it.
Note
- · Try to do everything at night.
- · All the utensils and bottle should be clean and dry. If there is water the wine will become sour.
- · Do not use steel spoons to stir the wine after it is kept in the bottle for fermentation.
- · Do not fill the bottle to its brink. Always leave ¼ bottle empty.
- · You can add as much wheat as per your requirement.
